I thought I was going to die.
In 2017 I went to bed having issues breathing and thought “I may not wake up.” The aftermath resulted in several life changes that spurred my understanding of why it is so important to schedule intentional break taking in our lives. We are all one break away from realizing our goals as it pertains to mental and physical health, career growth, money, and personal relationships. As a scientist, mother of 2, writer, speaker, and podcast host, I understand that taking a break is game changing. I can’t wait to share my story with you!
